The goal of the multi-disciplinary doctoral
program is to train students to address various
aspects of computation and information

The MetaComp project
The MetaComp project aims at probing the
exciting possibility to develop motor neural
prostheses.

Today's Faculty encompasses five schools which
offer comprehensive curricula to serve
tomorrow's medical needs. Besides the Medical
School, the Schools of Pharmacy, Nursing,
Occupation Therapy, and Public Health and
Community Medicine provide the education and
skills which have enabled the Faculty's
graduates to play a major role in establishing
and maintaining the highest standards of
research and treatment in Israel. The Faculty
has earned an international reputation as a
leading research institute through its
pioneering efforts and scope of scientific
inquiry. It has created an environment where
preclinical and clinical medicine interact to
facilitate innovative approaches in research,
